Agency Recruiter – LinkedIn

We’re looking for an experienced Agency Recruiter who knows how to use LinkedIn to consistently source qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn job and recruiting campaigns

Source and screen qualified candidates

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Improve applicant quality and cost per hire

Provide clear recruiting updates and performance metrics

Communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members

Requirements:

Proven agency recruiting experience

Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiting campaigns

Excellent candidate screening and communication skills

Results-driven and comfortable working independently

Ability to start quickly
