The role involves completing CRM and sales operations workflows in HubSpot, recording demonstrations, documenting actions, and creating evaluation rubrics for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned workflows using practical CRM and sales operations experience
• Navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation
• Create, update, and manage CRM records across common sales workflows
• Record your screen while completing workflows and demonstrating steps
• Document steps and create realistic prompts and evaluation rubrics

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM professionally
• Current access to HubSpot with ability to use it independently
• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing workflows
• Experience with sales operations, lead management, deal pipelines, or CRM automation
• Prior human-data or AI evaluation experience
