[Remote] Part time Sales Associate with Dental Experience

The company is seeking a part-time Sales Associate with dental experience to qualify le, conduct discovery calls, present its platform, nurture relationships, and support customer acquisition. The role also maintains CRM records, coordinates demos, provides customer feedback, and helps refine dental-market sales materials.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying le, conducting discovery calls with dental practices, and presenting Cyberiad.AI’s platform and value proposition to prospective clients
• Following up on inbound inquiries, nurturing relationships with decision-makers in DSOs and multi-office practices, and coordinating with internal teams to schedule demos and support the sales cycle
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, providing feedback on customer needs, and helping refine outreach messages and sales materials tailored to the dental market

Skills

• Hands-on experience working in dental practices or DSOs (e.g., front desk, office management, treatment coordination, or similar roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technology solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, including lead qualification, discovery, follow-up, and relationship building
• Comfort using digital tools such as CRM platforms, video conferencing software, and office productivity applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet agreed-upon activity and performance targets
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and technology for healthcare or dental operations
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a focus on non-discriminatory, inclusive interactions with clients and colleagues
• Prior experience selling SaaS or healthcare solutions
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
