Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Duties

• Perform sales activities to generate income and maximize profit.
• Achieve sales budgets and targets.
• Attract and retain customers through merchandising.
• Manage cash and credit processes in line with policy.
• Provide customer-centric service.
• Collaborate with the team and stand in for the Branch Manager when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• 7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in Retail.

• Knowledge of sales and prospecting processes and basic retail knowledge.
• Attention to detail, resilience, and emotional maturity.
